I ordered a few hold downs, ties and hangers. the nut I put into my cart was not the right one. they picked up on what I ordered wrong, called me and made the switch with no extra charge or hassle. super fast shipping for only 18 bucks. 1/3 of the cost of HD or Lowes. online selection is good. the website is manageable, but needs work. I'd give the website a 6/10. the service a 10/10 and the cost/value a 9/10. 10/14/16

A google search for an odd electrical adapter brought DHC Supplies as possible source.

We who live remote, far north, often must walk through an online order process only to find we are an 'exception' and must pay prohibitive shipping or are denied entirely.

No such 'flags' arose through the order completion with DHC, so that was a bonus.

The prices were competitive, another plus, and they were aware of the known efficiency of USPS flat rate boxes when usable, so another plus.

The order of multiple items, with decent shipping cost, was further improved when DHC noted the entire order would fit well within a single box and a refund of excess shipping cost was initiated by DHC without being asked.

This spoke volumes about the integrity of the business, further complimenting a quickly handled, straight forward purchase. 06/10/16
