The ESOP
Association, founded in 1978, is a national non-profit
membership organization, with 18 local Chapters, serving
approximately 2,500 employee stock ownership plan (ESOP)
companies, professionals with a commitment to ESOPs, and
companies considering the implementation of an ESOP. The
Association is the only association devoted solely to ESOPs.
Promoting and enhancing laws before Congress and regulatory
agencies that govern ESOPs and providing its members with
expert educational ESOP programming and information are its
main focuses. DHC Supplies has been an ESOP company
since 1991. The ESOP Association has been an important
source of information and knowledge to help us make
decisions regarding our employment ownership.

The NCEO is a nonprofit membership and research organization that was founded in 1981 to provide the most objective and reliable information possible on employee ownership at the most affordable price possible. You can read a brief history of the NCEO for more information on how they got started. Today, the NCEO has over 3,000 members, ranging from employee ownership companies like DHC Supplies to consultants and academics. The NCEO are the main publisher in the field of employee-ownership, with over 50 titles ranging from issue briefs to lengthy books. They conduct dozens of webinars yearly and also hold in-person meetings around the U.S., plus a large annual conference. They also provide training, speaking, and introductory consulting, conduct surveys and other research, and have extensive contacts with the press, where we are regularly quoted. DHC Supplies has
been a member of Specialty Tools &
Fasteners Distributors Association (STAFDA) for over
30 years. STAFDA is a not-for-profit educational trade
association comprised of distributors, manufacturers, and
rep agents of light construction, industrial, and related
products. STAFDA membership also includes publishers of
industry trade press (affiliates). STAFDA has more than
2,500 members from the U.S., Canada, and overseas. Their
educational programs include regional meetings, webinars,
and workshops in addition to 65 different services/benefits
offered, including valuable benchmarking reports to help us
make necessary business decisions.

Sphere 1
is a cooperative of independent tool and fastener
distributors working together to achieve competitive and
sustainable advantages in our marketplace. By partnering
with preferred suppliers, they provide their members with
enhanced vendor programs, superior education and innovative
practices. While fostering community among their peers they
are committed to integrity, honesty and respect in all that

The Contractors
Association of Truckee Tahoe (CATT) is a regional,
non-profit trade association established in 1998. CATT has
more than 200 members representing all aspects of the
building industry. Members agree to abide by a
Code of Ethics, setting a high
standard of performance. The mission of CATT is "to promote
a positive business environment for the building and housing
industry and enhance opportunities for its members and the
community."

NCBE -
The North Coast Builders Exchange - is a
member-operated, not-for-profit association serving the
Construction Industry in the California North Coast area
(primarily Sonoma, Mendocino, and Lake Counties). One of
hundreds of independently organized Builders Exchanges
throughout the United States and Canada, NCBE serves its
over 1800 member firms from the NCBE Headquarters office in
Santa Rosa, California. NCBE is the largest builders
exchange in California and has been providing a wide range
of services and programs to the construction industry,
public agency and consumer/homeowner community since 1954.

The goal of the California
Chamber of Commerce is to serve as a resource and
advocate for California businesses. They have more than 100
years of experience helping California business do business.
Representing more than 15,000 companies of all types and
sizes, the California Chamber is one of the state's largest
broad-based non-profit organizations. As your best resource,
