DHC Supplies mission is to provide the best service possible to our
customers. We are an employee-owned company who understands the
importance of providing top notch service. Should you ever feel you are
not getting the service you require please call us immediately @

We provide daily jobsite delivery to most areas in our service area. DHC Supplies reserves the right to charge a delivery fee on a case by case
basis. If you are not in our service area we will ship your order by either UPS, USPS Priority Mail or common carrier and add the appropriate charge to
We will only ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. Some items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada due to shipping restrictions. We will ship internationally on a case by case basis but you must contact us at 800-323-2999 7:00AM to 4:30PM Monday - Friday Pacific Time. Please Note:
International customers are responsible for any custom fees including taxes and duties applied by the destination country.
DHC Supplies Return Policies
We realize that sometimes ordering items online can be confusing and mistakes can happen. Therefore we try to make returns as easy as possible. If the reason for the return is because the wrong item was shipped or is damaged/defective DHC Supplies will pay for return shipping. We will also either replace the item at no charge to you or issue a full credit including shipping depending on your instructions.
If you ordered the product by mistake and/or you no longer need the product we will issue full credit with no restocking charge as long as all the below conditions are met:
- Product has not been used or damaged
- You received written (email) approval from DHC Supplies to return the items and instructions where to send the product
- Product is returned within 30 days of receipt
- Product is not a special order or manufactured item
- Quantity is not above normal stocking levels
Some returns may be assessed a 25% restocking charge if some or all of these conditions exist:
- The requested return is after 30 days of receipt
- Product is a special order and/or "Direct Ship" that our vendor has agreed to take back
- Quantity being returned is more than our normal stocking levels
Unless previous arrangements are made with DHC Supplies any package that is refused delivery will:
- Be assessed a 25% restocking charge
- Be credited for the product less the 25% restocking charge and the shipping charges incurred by DHC Supplies, Inc for the refusal
DHC Supplies, Inc does not offer any warranties beyond those of the original manufacturer. If you do have a warranty or other issue with a product
we will do everything possible make sure the situation is handle in a quick and timely matter.
All information we receive from our customers will be held in the
strictest confidence. We do not sell or trade information with any
other company or group. Additionally we will never solicit further
business from you through e-mail or phone solicitation
without prior permission.
