Roll-On and Brush Applied Waterproofing Systems for Concrete

Using a liquid waterproofing membrane can have advantages and drawbacks when compared to using a sheet waterproofing membrane. The first advantage is that it can be applied much easier than dealing with heavy roll of sheet membranes. The second advantage is the flexibility it provides when you have a number of inside and outside corners that need to be waterproofed, especially in tight places. However, liquid membranes do need to be apllied evenly to make sure your project is properly protected. Additionally, you must wait for the product to dry before you apply whatever materials you are installing.
