Great website and service. My order arrived quickly including everything I ordered. One comment on the post bases for rough lumber--the size of the bracket itself is fine but the square base that the post sits on is small--seems like it's the same one from the 5 1/2" post base, instead of a larger one for the 6" kit. It seems like it will move around side to side over time. This is a Simpson issue, not DHC. 04/23/18

DHC has been wondeful to work with, been a customer now for over 3 years and have to say, that I thought Customer Service was nearly extinct in the US these days, but DHC has excellent customer service to follow up a fantastic product line!!!!
