I recently had an "issue" with a very small order to DHC; instead of getting a "that's just the way it is" response, they went above & beyond to make it right! After the smoke cleared & the dust settled, they probably made 52 cents' profit on my order - but they worked HARD to satisfy me; and at the end of the day, isn't that what really matters? 5 stars for this company! 04/21/16
