Was looking for specialty screws for my deck project. DHC had just what I needed and the material shipped in a timely manner. Some of the material sat in a UPS warehouse for a couple of days, but this was not DHC's fault. 06/13/16

It was one thing to purchase an item from your company at a significantly lower price than we saw elsewhere, but the customer service and swift delivery were beyond our expectations. We called to ask about the shipping, which the site claims will be lower if the item is a smaller size. The computers were down, and the gentleman we spoke to (who was very pleasant and professional) assured us that even though he was not able to quote us the amount (because of the computer challenges), it would be lower. True to his word, the shipping ended up being considerably lower. Furthermore, the package arrived one day later. We will definitely do business with your company again in the future. 09/23/16
