I use the website for the convenience and extensive product selection but I was blown away by a personal phone call from DHC to correct my order (I needed Zmax coatings on Simpson Strong Ties) and offer an alternate shipping source which reduced my shipping costs by 75%! I am sold on DHC! 04/04/16
