Our Service Pledge

DHC Supplies mission is to provide the best service possible to our customers. We are an employee-owned company who understands the importance of providing top notch service. Should you ever feel you are not getting the service you require please call us immediately @ 800-323-2999. We will do everything possible to rectify the problem.

Jobsite Delivery

We provide daily jobsite delivery to most areas in our service area. DHC Supplies reserves the right to charge a delivery fee on a case by case basis. If you are not in our service area we will ship your order by either UPS, USPS Priority Mail or common carrier and add the appropriate charge to the invoice.

Shipping Areas

Effective January 1, 2012 we will only ship to addresses in the 48 continental USA plus Alaska and Hawaii.

Returns (less than 30 days)

Any unused inventory items can be returnedat your expense for full credit (excluding shipping charges)within 30 days - No Questions Asked! Exception: Stock items ordered at extraordinarily quantities must get approval before returning and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Returns (more than 30 days)

Stock items kept for more than 30 days may be subject to a 20% restocking charge depending on the reason for the return.

Special Orders

All special sales are final. If you do not have an account special orders will must be paid before item(s) are ordered. Delivery date will be estimated but cannot be guaranteed.

Warranties

DHC Supplies, Inc does not offer any warranties beyond those of the original manufacturer. If you do have a warranty or other issue with a product we will do everything possible make sure the situation is handle in a quick and timely matter.

Privacy

All information we receive from our customers will be held in the strictest confidence. We do not sell or trade information with any other company or group. Additionally we will never solicit further business from you through e-mail or phone solicitation without prior permission.
