The Oztec 217A1 "Quick Disconnect Coupler" allows shaft removal from the power unit with the twist of a lever. The lightweight and bearing-less coupling allows the job to be done in seconds without any tools. This fitting will not rust or seize. However the coupler will wear out or break occasionally therefore requiring a replacement.

The Oztec OZQDKIT "Quick Disconnect" Replacement Kit has all the parts you need to allow shaft removal from the power unit with the twist of a lever. The Oztec 6725A1 Flexible Shaft Connector allows you to connect standard Oztec flexible shafts up to 42' in length. Please Note: Pencil shafts cannot be extended with this coupler but can be attached to a standard shaft at the end.
