I ordered several products online and had to make a change order approximately 24 hours later. Sales agents were courteous, fast, and respectable. Their merchandise is cheaper then competitors and of excellent quality. Excellent customer service!! I will certainly purchase through DHC again

Only down side, one part of order came with the box slightly opened. However, this was drop shipped from Simpson so DHC really had no hand in the matter other than they should notify Simpson that if they are going to ship 15lbs in steel, box it better. 1/21/16

After making a purchase for a box of screws our item was delivered the very next day! Upon delivering we had to return the product because we wanted to substitute it for a different type of screw. The salesmen was very kind and knowledgeable about the product recommending a better screw at a cheaper price. He then followed up with the delivery the very next day! We are very pleased with DHC service and will continue to use them for any materials we need. 02/26/18
