My order was processed and shipped same day. The website & packing slip both stated the o-rings were to be included with the piston. Upon unpacking my order I noticed that no o-rings were included. I contacted customer service and they immediately contacted the parts dept and my o-rings arrived in two business days. I understand how these issues can happen and was pleased with the proffessionalism and quick remediation of the issue. 03/17/17
