I have not had time to call during your business hours. I ordered 14 cp8z post bases and received 2 boxes, each containing 6 units. I have not yet received the 3rd box of 2 units. Let me know how best to proceed to resolve this. DHC Update 08/03/18: We were not aware of the problem. We have left a message with the customer to solve the issue. We apologize for the problem.

After placing my order with DHC on line, I realized they were in the same city. I contacted them and without hesitation they arranged for me to pick up the order the next day avoiding the shipping charges. A few days later I realized I needed more of the same product and contacted them. Once again the product was waiting the following day for my pick up. They were prompt, efficient and eager to make my shopping experience as convenient as possible. 09/13/18
