Our first order with you was for backer rod and Sikaflex-1a to fill in the garage floor grooves in the house we're building. When we needed more Sikaflex and inquired about Sikaflex 1CSL self-leveling sealant, you assured us it would be easier to work with. You also recommended an excellent, reasonably priced ratcheting gun for those larger tubes. We've just used the Sikaflex 1CSL self-leveling sealant and it's much, much easier to work with than the 1A. The ratchet gun works very well also. You are a terrific company. Both orders were filled and shipped to us very quickly and your pricing and advice are excellent; we're totally satisfied with your company.

Ordering was easy and my request to ship the same day honored. However, the speed with which the small parcel arrived was troublesome. I don't think it was DHC's fault as UPS. It took 10 calendar days to reach me. I've ordered items from California, shipped the same way--UPS Ground--and have them arrive in 5 or 6 calendar days. I've also shipped items (larger than the DHC parcel) from VT to CA and have them arrive in 3-4 calendar days.

So, it leaves me scratching my head. Why so long from a location that's closer to me than CA?

Anyway, the person I complained to about my shipping problem refunded the shipping charges and said he'd change the DHC website to clarify shipping times. Much appreciated.

Enjoyed receiving the complimentary water bottle packed with the Proctor Wall Jack part. Nice touch.

Despite the shipping issue, I would not hesitate to order from DHC again.

the product was del,d promptly and as descrided. the pricing was good. on shipping charges i didn,t like the extra 416.00 c. dollars i had to pay to cross the border. i should have enquired if the orgrinal shipping costs included these extra charges. as is this unit would have been the same or cheaper price here. lesson learned. the unit is very quiet more so than the honda.hope to enjoy it this summer.
