Simpson Strong-Tie TA and LSC Staircase Support Connectors

The Simpson Strong-Tie TA Stair Tread Angles are used in structurally sound staircase framing. Theses TA angles eliminate costly conventional notching. These angles are installed with 1/4" x 1 1/2" Strong-Drive® SDS Heavy-Duty Connector screws that are included in the package. Additionally, they are available in both ZMax® and stainless steel for corrosion protect. The LSC adjustable stair-stringer connector offers a versatile, concealed connection between the stair stringer and the carrying header or rim board while replacing costly framing.   Please Note: You should always check with an engineer and/or building department if you are making structural changes to any project.
