Easy Turn Knob Adjusts to Over 40 Different Head Sizes!
The "Secure-Fit" ratchet features an easy turn knob that allows size adjustment without removing the helmet.
Each turn of the ratchet knob automatically locks with 50 meshing teeth securing the position. The no-slip
hold maintains the desired fit even in the most physically active jobs or extreme weather conditions. The hinged
ratchet fits low on the nape of neck and is height adjustable for a perfect fit. The ratchet mechanism is cushioned with a
thick sponge padding for long-lasting comfort.
- 4-Point woven nylon suspension
- Accommodates chin strap
- Goggle retaining slots on suspension
- Moisture wicking brow pad is removable, washable & replaceable
- Mega Ratchet Suspension features an easy turn knob that adjusts from head sizes 6-1/2 to 8
- The nape section of the Mega Ratchet suspension is attached by two plastic pins which are responsible to accommodate a wide variety of head shapes
- Inner side of ratchet is covered in a cushioning foam pad
- Wide 3/4" woven ribbon is used for comfort and protection
- Chin strap retaining slots
- Meets ANSI Z89, Type 1, Class C, E and G requirements
- Hi-Viz Yellow and Lime meet the chromaticity and luminance requirements for background material in ANSI Z107

- Discontinued: These are products we are no longer stocking. However they may be available as a special order. Please call 800-323-2999 if you have any questions.
