DHC was very helpful in assisting me with selecting the right connector for the project. I made some last minute changes and they were quick to respond. The cost was inline with other sites selling the product. The connectors arrived several days earlier than expected. Should the need arise in the future I will consider DHC first as my supplier. 05/18/17

I ordered Simpson nails and when I received them the box was crushed and had tears in it. About a quarter of the nail clips were breaking apart and I had a bunch of loose nails. DHC sent out a new box no questions asked. That is great service and I would recommend them anytime. For Simpson they should box their nails better. 07/11/18
