Wow, DHC delivered the structural brackets in just a few days. The items were well packed. The online ordering system had a weird bug in it and it turned out that my order was not completed. But, a guy from DHC called me to help me with the order; he was super friendly and I appreciate that they followed up to help me get the brackets here on time. 06/26/17
