Fairly large order of Strong Ties and fasteners (nails) and to be split with part of the order coming direct from Simpson Strong Tie. That part of the order contained the nails and other things. I knew it had the 16d nails because they were coming out of a couple of tears in the shipping box. The nail box itself had burst open in transit. I put what was left back in the box without counting what was lost. Since it came from Simpson, and not DHC, I wrote it off as an acceptable loss. The DHC part of the order came intact - no complaints. 12/30/16

Colton at DHC Supplies was very helpful to answer any questions that I had and was very friendly when I called a few more times to ask more questions. We got our products quickly and in good condition. They are knowledgeable about their products and really helped with everything down to getting everything ordered for me even when I called back to add more to the order. Overall great experience.
