Explanation of Product Availability Terms
- Stock Item: This is a product we normally have available for immediate shipment. If we are out of stock or do not have enough to complete your order we will notify immediately. If you need to know if we have it in stock before you place the order please call 800-323-2999 Monday through Friday 7:00AM - 5:00PM or e-mail our Online Sales department.
- Ships Direct: This product ships direct from the manufacturer usually on the same or next business day. Please Note: We follow up and make sure your order is shipped in a timely manner and provide you with a tracking number as soon as we get it.
- Special Order: This product has to be special ordered into our store and then shipped to the customer. This usually ships in 4-5 business days.
- Information Only: This product is for information purposes only and cannot be sold through the online store due to:
• The product is a hazardous material and requires special shipping procedures
• The weight and/or size of the item requires a common carrier freight quote
• The weight of the items causes the shipping cost to be too large of a percentage of the product price
- Multiple Options, Sizes, or Colors: Stock items that are grouped together allowing you to purchase various options with one click.
- Quote Item Only: These items are commodities that can only be quoted on a daily basis.
